FlashHouse interview questions

The interviewer with no prior knowledge of how the writing process takes place in big software products conducted the interview. No proper reason was given for rejecting the profile. I had answered all questions well based on the technical interview but the reason given was I didn't have strong aptitude or whatever that meant.
