Interview
First you get a screening phone call and then you are scheduled to see the Director of Finance. For a company that pride itself about being "people oriented" I felt extremely intimidated. You only get 30 minutes, not a minute more. A very limited time when you are trying to control your nerves, sell yourself, and make a good impression. And if you are lucky, you will get 5 minutes to ask any questions you might have.
Questions regarding revenue recognition (without any background information such as how their contracts specify if moneys received are returnable or not. Because I asked for additional details and was denied any)

HR contacted me through LinkedIn, had an initial interview with HR and then with the director of finance. I guess the director is really busy as she abruptly cut off the interview after 30 minutes....

What are the journal entries to recognize revenue if the students will make payments for 12 months? What is theentry in case we don’t receive the payments?
