First there's an interview with someone from HR. Then, if you pass, you have a chat with someone from the team you'll be joining. Flatiron is like a bridge between you and the projects. It was a quick interview, but the feedback is confusing, they offered me x amount and then in the final offer it was less.

Interview
We had first technical interview with one of their devs. It was a traditional interview, he asked several questions. Some where about particular technologies and some more about architecture and work methodologies.
It was not particularly difficult and quite pleasing.
Then I had an interview with some manager or CTO. That was strange. A very brief 15 min interview where we went through how I’m working with AI.
