The beginning of the interview process went well and there was only a week between when I sent in the application and when I got the phone interview. After the phone interview, I got an in person interview fairly quickly. Although the team members were nice, I felt uncomfortable and judged during the interview because the team kept asking me the same questions about my previous experience. I left the interview extremely discouraged and thought I would never hear back. I was extremely surprised when I heard back with positive news. They wanted to meet with me again. I decided to meet with the team again and thought I was going to get an offer because I was invited to lunch. After the lunch I felt confused because nothing was said about an offer. A few days later I got a rejection email.
