I had a great interview with the screening recruiter and then interviewed with two senior managers over the next few weeks. Once the third interview completed, I checked in every 7-10 days a few times to ask the recruiter if I was still being considered. She said Yes. Eventually after 4 weeks without hearing back, I assumed I was no longer being considered. I was so excited and had references ready, only to be left with nothing.
