first a phonecall from one of the recruiters then 2 days later group interview and extensive application to fill out then the next following monday you are sent to a training facility for 2 weeks 5 days each with all expenses covered but be carefull you can get fired there very very easily. upon completion on last friday you are required to take a test consisting of 5 sections of what you covered durring the training. unfortunatly every body can be easily deemed as phone smile and wait for you to make a light mistake

My interviewer asked me If I had to ever go out of my way for a customer before in my previous work experience if so what limits would i go to keep a customer happy?
