I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flex (Buffalo Grove, IL)
Interview
No complaints for Flex but head hunters didn't convey the right expectations to Flex. I wish Flex HR reach out to me after receiving my resume from head hunter. It should have saved time for both parties.
Head hunter tried convenience me to leave my current company for 2% salary hike with less benefits.
