Flex SAP Project Manager interview questions

Phone screen by hiring manager followed by onsite 1:1 interviews by peers and hiring manager within a week. One week after that interview 1:1 with VP. Did not get offer. Interview was fairly smooth and questions were typical focusing on experience and projects etc. But the hiring manager and the VP just could not muster up a smile throughout the entire process which seemed quite odd to me.
