Interview
Standard interview process, but probably the most inefficient one I have ever seen. The process starts with a phone screen and then an initial interview with a hiring manager. After my interview with the hiring manager (which he showed up late for and still looking for a room to do the interview in), which I thought went pretty well, I had to wait OVER TWO WEEKS to hear any feedback, and that was only after I sent several follow up emails to see what was going on. The communication is very poor. When I finally did receive feedback, I was told they would not be continuing with me because I didn't talk enough about the technical aspects of my projects. I tried and tried to go into more technical details of my projects but each time I started I was asked questions about collaboration with other teams and engineers and basics about my problem solving methods. They left me no room to go into what they really wanted. Overall a very poor experience, they clearly don't know what they are looking for and don't have the basic communication skills to make a hiring process go smoothly. Avoid at all costs.

Interview
The interview process included four rounds: recruiter screening, manager, panel, and stakeholder interviews. While the questions were moderate and interviewers were friendly, there were long delays between rounds with little clarity on candidate status. Despite discussions around a likely hire and potential start dates, I ultimately received an automated rejection after an extended wait, with no direct communication from the recruiter, which made the experience feel like being ghosted.

Interview
Had a conversation with a recruiter and then that lead to scheduling a coding interview. The interviewer showed up 15 minutes late and provided no apology and no explanation. I suggested we reschedule since 1/3 of the interview time has passed and the interviewer agreed.
After a week went by, i decided to reach out to the recruiter to reschedule due to the recruiter never trying to despite telling me they would. The recruiter apologized for the late response due to a company wide offsite and then told me that the position was filled.
Total waste of my time. Avoid at all costs.
