I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FlipChip International
Interview
I had to apply through a staffing agency first, they forwarded my application to FCI. Within the same week my interview was scheduled with one of the shift supervisors. It was an easy typical interview. I was asked about my previous experience, asked if I'm familiar with what the company does, and asked why do I want to work there. One of the questions I remember was to describe my strengths and weeknesses.
