I applied online. I interviewed at Flix (Paris) in Dec 2015
Interview
First a phone interview with the Hr team and the a face-to-face interview with the managing Director. The entire process took 1 week, it was really clear and I had all the information I required to make my mind during the process.
Everybody was nice, open to answer my questions, which is very reassuring when applying for an HR role, you can sense the openness of the org culture with the process.

Question 1
What is your motivation to apply for this position?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flix in May 2021
Interview
The process consists of 4 steps: 1st interview, case study, case study presentation/Q&A with two recruiters and a final interview with a stakeholder.
The whole process was quite smooth and efficient, feedback was given quickly after each step and everyone involved was very friendly and resourceful.

Question 1
Explain your choice of choosing this profile.
Tell me more about your current experience.
How do you manage your stakeholders?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Flix (Berlin)
Interview
The process for this recruiting role was awful and chaotic. You would think that when applying for a recruiting role one would set an example. This was a horrible experience. Incredibly slow feedback from Flixbus or no feedback at all on your interview result.
Especially the HR/Recruiting leaders at Flixbus should not that the recruiting scene is very small in Berlin and that you should take feedback seriously.
I would not recommend working in a recruiting role at Flixbus. There are plenty of other recruiting where they do show best practice.
