I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Flix (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
The process itself wasn't too bad. A couple of easy enough phone interviews and an onsite interview to present a case study. But having put hours and hours of my time and effort into the process, they still to this day refuse to give me any feedback on my application. This despite them having asked me for my feedback on the process! Surely after an in-person interview it should be standard practice to give detailed feedback on my application.
Unprofessional and disrespectful - avoid!

Interview
It was an interview for FlixTrain, during the 1st call I quickly got to know what the position is and realized it's not what I'm looking for. The recruiter was very attentive and we agreed not to proceed further.
1. phone interview
2. case study (1 week)
3. present during interview
interviewers were kind and challanged my thoughts. So good to bring some confidence. The questions were not really hard.
The only negative point was that it took more than a month to get any feedback. I have already interviewed for other companies in the meantime.
