Interview
Assessment day, where we did a presentation on a tech topic applied to retail, a written assessment answering questions about Java, like very specific behaviour of operations in the language. Then half of the candidates went home and the remaining did an algorithms test with an interview with higher management at the end.

Question 1
basic algorithm questions. Can't remember the exact question but I think it was counting pairs of values in an array. Being able to talk about time/space complexity helped and having a passion for Computer Science is always good.
