The DEP has a strict interview question process, reading out of a binder with a set amount of questions. The interview was conducted by two of their employees. Some of the questions hinder on your experience working with computers, an office setting and previous experience as a receptionist. They prefer to take people with science backgrounds but may make exceptions if there is room in the company for those without science backgrounds to move up. Afterward, they leave you in the interview room to proofread a letter.
