Easy and straight forward. Took 30 min in total and half of it was them teaching you about the job. Very friendly and helpful. Questions were not very hard they also tell you the questions during career preview

Sales Recruitment misrepresented as a job interview. Best case scenario too good to be true. Worst case scenario false advertisement. Process after 2nd interview ends up being a social expirament requiring the passing if several tests. Some of them social and some of them standardized. All of this takes several weeks at a minimum. No position in sight. Perhaps a franchise opportunity might be a more honest title

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
