I applied online and within a few days I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview went on for about 30 min and spoke with the Director of Marketing. He was very energetic and asked me a lot of questions. I hope to get another interview and a chance to work for here.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience with marketing campaigns including direct mail, social media and working with budgets.
I had to submit a cover letter, resume, references, and a personal statement about my career goals. After this, I was asked for a phone interview, which lasted about an hour; I was asked questions about my personal skills and likes/dislikes as well as explained the needs of the company and the duties of the position. Then I was given a background check and went through a few iterations of contract negotiation.

Interview
I applied for this position on a Monday and was interviewed on Tuesday by the CFO. The interview was very detailed and relaxing. The atmosphere was perfect, no stress.
