Phone interview- questions included what my specific goals are? What experience I have for the position?
Panel interview consisted of production and quality managers. Questions were similar to the phone interview only more in depth to the job description. A basic question was asked, "How do I solve a problem". My answer was pretty straight forward, "depends on the problem". There were a lot of vague questions asked.
In the meantime they strung along all candidates without giving them any information for the position. My assumption was they made an offer to 1 candidate and then strung everyone else along while they completed the background check. After 4 weeks of hearing nothing (I had 3 interviews, and during this time when I called they kept stating I was the number 1 candidate for the position). They never did call me and tell me the job had been filled. I had a friend call and ask the HR manager if the position was closed that had been posted for 3 months. I would rate this HR practice and company a 0. Be warned about not wasting your time. Honesty doesn’t seem to be the best policy for this company and they use unethical and deceitful tactics.
At the end of the day i heard an internal candidate picked up the position, makes you wonder why they went through the effort of posting this external.
