Group interview in the store. All applicants completed some fun group tasks, before filling in some forms: why we wanted to role, what we knew about the company etc. It was surprisingly fun and meant that we were able to avoid a long drawn out interview process. Recommend!

it's fairly easy and straight forward. But I didn't get the job. the shop seems a nice pace to work and lots of young people. one of the supervisors interviewed me.

listened to a presentation about the company- then did a task so we could introduce ourselves , was initially a group interview of 10-12 people , then taken for individual one to one interviews.
