I had a couple of positive interviews at start. However, the interview task afterwards required completing a full research investigation, including sourcing your own data and developing a detailed proposal. This would have taken a significant amount of time (potentially weeks) to complete to a high standard. A typical interview task for this level should not take more than a couple of hours.
It was also mentioned that the topic of the task related to a real upcoming project. This seriously raised concerns about the scope of the task, as it went beyond a typical case study and felt closer to delivering actual work that could be used in a real business context without compensation or any guarantee of progression in the process. This did not seem right to me, so I chose not to proceed with the task given the scope and nature involved.
