I applied online through Capita with a CV and cover letter. I was invited to a video interview through MS teams where managers from two laboratory teams interviewed me simultanously. It took over a month for the decision to be communicated to me and I did not receive a response when I asked for feedback about my performance in the interview. Despite this, the interviewers were lovely and I found it to be a positive experience.
