I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at For The Record (Denver, CO) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter that was working in the interests of For The Record. The company sounded interesting so I decided to start the interview process. I was given a coding test and spent roughly six hours developing a solution for them. After it was submitted the only response I got was "Where is the written portion." I reviewed all the documents I was given and there was no reference anywhere to a written portion of the test. I have tried to follow up multiple times and have been completely ghosted by the company.
I would not recommend wasting your time applying here. If the respect they show their applicants is any indication how they treat their employees then I feel lucky I didn't get the opportunity to pursue this further.
However, if you'd like to waste a day of your time and not even get an acknowledgment that you've done so then please feel free to proceed.
