The first round focused on JavaScript fundamentals and React concepts. Questions included: - React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useCallback, useMemo) - Redux state management and flow - Difference between hooks and class components - Redux middleware and async actions

3 rounds, 1st Hiring Manager easy ,they will see if you can fit the daily activities and stand travelling. 2nd panel round with your future mentors , again easy they will see your previous experience if any and if you are passionate for the role. 3rd with country head , very less technical and more behavioural aspect of yours, all amazing people , friendly and supportive throughout the process.
