      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Force Marketing in Feb 2025

      Interview

I interviewed with Force Marketing for the Client Success Coordinator position and initially had a positive experience. The first and second interviews were scheduled quickly, and both interviewers were kind and professional. My background closely aligned with the role, and despite the job being described as challenging, it seemed like a worthwhile opportunity. After the second interview, I was told they were looking to hire someone quickly and would be in touch—yet I never heard back. The complete lack of follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional. As someone with hiring experience, I would never leave a candidate, especially one who had gone through multiple interview rounds, without a response. During the process, I came across numerous negative reviews on Glassdoor regarding poor management and a toxic work culture. While I initially wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt, my own experience now leads me to believe those reviews are accurate. The lack of communication and professionalism speaks volumes. Even if the company were to reach out now, I would decline any offer—something that says a lot given today’s job market. Force Marketing has a long way to go in improving its hiring practices and workplace culture.

We greatly appreciate your feedback as we are always trying to improve. We were able to confirm that all interviewed candidates were followed up with to let them know whether or not we wanted to move forward. Sometimes, we can fall a couple of days behind in doing so and will continue our efforts to improve. Over the last few years, the company has intensely focused on our employee experience (especially in a fully remote environment). This focus has led to record setting, near 100% employee retention and it is something we are very proud of. This role that we were looking to fill is a result of promotions and growth within the existing team, which is something else we are very proud of. We will always look for continued opportunities to improve in all areas related to our current and potential team members. To that end, if you would like to contact me directly, I would be happy to listen and learn to identify any other areas that we can improve in our hiring process. Should you wish to discuss, my email is cody@forcemktg.com. Thank you again for your feedback. Cody Tomczyk

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Force Marketing (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2023

      Interview

I did an initial interview with the recruiter and a second interview with a VP. The first one went well, I could tell from the second interview it was not a fit. I did not move to the next interview. Also I remember it was mentioned that the role would be hard and they wanted to be honest about that. Also the salary mentioned was very low.
