Lengthy and they wanted to communicate multiple times, that it is a working outside and not in an office. They also wanted to ask about my specific experiences in running cable, terminating cat5 and cat6 cables.

The interview was a fairly smooth process. they initially set up a zoom meeting between the hiring manager and I, Then a formal in-person interview. They are looking for people that are willing to work irregular hours and have prior work experience in construction, AV installation, or other IT related technician fields.
