Interview
First part of the interview was an aptitude online assessment. Then a phone interview with HR rep. That’s as far as I got before I got rejected. They asked pretty basic questions for a first round phone interview.

Question 1
Do you think the commute to the office would be a problem?
First was the phone interview, second you take two assessments on logic/reasoning/math and lastly you meet with lead developer to discuss skillset, answer questions about skills needed for the role.
Dont take the little test, or if you do, answer it like a robot. It wastes an hour of your time to pretend to return value to you and is frankly disrespectful.
