Telephone interview with HR, two in person interviews. The process has lasted over a month. The company is completely disorganised, the interviewer was late and wasn't prepared, you are not kept informed of important details about the interview, not kept up to date, have to chase for an outcome and feedback, but no response from HR. Candidate experience non existent, considering candidates are taking time off work to attend 3-4 stages of interviews. Even if a candidate is not successful at the very minimum, let them know and thank them for their time. Stay away from this company, they still feel like a start up, not professional. If you're currently working at one of the big 4, don't move for this company!

One interview with a manager, some questions related to experience and also some technical programming questions. Overall very simple and straightforward and left time at the end for me to ask questions.
