Forest River interview questions

I got called in for an interview. Sat with the manager in his office and he talked to me for a couple of minutes about the job. Then a couple of employees came in and sat in the middle of the interview. For 30 minutes the manager gossiped with them about the criminal records of all the other employees they had while I awkwardly sat there. After that, he talked to me for a couple of more minutes and then offered the job.

It was clear, productive and answered all the question i had. They walk you threw the production facility showing all the jobs you could possibly do. also describe expected quality for the employees.
