Interview
My interview process with Form Energy was thorough, professional, and well structured. It began with an initial phone interview, followed by several video interviews with different members of the team. The final stage was an in-person interview where I met with four different individuals from various areas of the organization.
I viewed the process positively because it demonstrated a strong commitment to finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate. Each stage provided an opportunity to learn more about the role, the team, and the company’s culture, while also allowing me to discuss my experience and qualifications in depth. The interactions were professional and engaging, and I appreciated the chance to meet with multiple employees and gain different perspectives on the position.
Overall, the interview process felt comprehensive, organized, and respectful of my time, leaving me with a positive impression of the company and its hiring practices.

Can you recall a time where you underperformed in your position, and were addressed by a supervisor to correct the mistake? How did you handle the situation? Did it work out positively in the end?
I applied online. I interviewed at Form Energy in Apr 2025
Interview
interview process consisted of three rounds: recruiter screening, hiring manager screening, and a panel round with 5 people for ~30 minutes each.
heard back between rounds relatively quickly. interviews were technically focused, but the recruiter I worked with shared what each person on my panel would be asking me about which was helpful in allowing me time to come up with transferrable skills for areas I was not as experienced in.
