I was first contacted by company. There was a multi-stage interview process. One was a 45-minute technical interview with many Net+ and Sec+ type questions, followed by a video interview.

Interview
Applied online and interviewed over the phone. Easily passed the technical interview. Despite being told I did a great job immediately after the interview, I was turned away a few days later. They explained they didn't want to hire me because I was in the reserves and awaiting to go to a 6 month SIGINT course within the next 2 years. Never even went unfortunately. Kinda offended that I wasn't offered the position solely because of my military service. Not a military friendly company.
