Single remote MS Teams meeting with a panel of 3. Each panelists asked questions to their specialization, project management, Capital Markets or business analysis in round robin fashion. Focus on experience with work with examples. Lasted for about 1:30.

Phone Screen Interview had 4 questions. When you are in the Job market. Be ready to answer imprompt questions. The quick response is important. The answer doesn't need to be given in speed but just no umms.. This led to talking to Consultant Manager Interview.

Interview
The interview was different in mostly good ways.... The group that I interviewed with was very personable. You can tell that they are professionals at interviewing/staffing/consulting/hiring only because the interview is the furthest thing from canned. They tried to throw me off my game plenty of times. It was more mentally challenging. I wouldn't recommend trying to prep for this one- I suppose every interview is different depending on your skill set.
