I had applied online via a job board, I was then contacted by a member of the MDM Consultants team who described the role in further detail to me. I was instantly attracted to the company culture, but loved the job role also. I was given a prep call before my first stage interview (virtually) in great detail, which definitely helped in my favour. I was then offered a second stage interview in person, which I attended and met the team I would be working with. I instantly loved the team dynamic! Both interview stages were relaxed, having casual conversations (which I prefer). I was made an offer the next morning, and had started my role 5 weeks later.
