Online application, tests, phone interview, assessment centre consisting of 1 on 1 interview with senior partner, group exercise, and more tests.
Overall process was decent, just felt the group exercise didn't allow me to play to strengths as they say. I'm quite introverted. Points raised in feedback were valid points as I felt the same
Initial interview was telephone which seemed OK but then got rejected. The criteria to progress was quite pernickety. Had really good placement experience so not sure why they weren't interested. Got better offers elsewhere so didn't matter in the end
