It was one to one interview with the partner. The partner was friendly and amiable. The question was more on your previous work experience - and to get know more of yourself.
Fairly the same as others - HR interview, exam, Manager and Partner interview. They ask about your experiences and mostly look at your personality and how well will you fit within the Company.

First interview was virtual and the interview had good structure to it. I was given a brief background to the role and the team. Asked to give a run through of my CV, competency based questions and technical questions. Second step was to take a PPA and GIA.
