The interview process was very personal with interactions with the firm before the assessment day to ensure that we were prepared and to answer any questions. There were both quantitive and qualitative stages of the interview process as well as general conversation so they could learn who you were as a person and to see if you fitted in with their culture.

Starting off with an online assessment testing culture fit. It was then a telephone interview which was 20 minutes to understand your interests. It was followed by an assessment centre then a final stage interview with a partner.

Virtual interview - positive experience with both online call and virtual interview with HR and members of the team. Discussed topics including motivation for the role, qualifications and skills related to job role.
A very different interview process to other firms. After the online exam you have a phone call where you’re asked why you’d like to apply and what you know about the firm. The assessment centre was virtual and I enjoyed it, wasn’t too intense and had great conversations with others applying, and current employees.
