First stage interview was around 20 pre-written questions asked by one of the Mazars recruitment team. Having been told I had progressed through to the next stage I then heard nothing from Mazars for months and was eventually told that they had finished recruiting for this role. Very annoying not to have had better communication from them…

Interview face to face, general relaxed interview. Nothing out of the ordinary
The was no feedback regarding the interview only that I was not successful. I contact their HR in order to ask for specific feedback. Received feedback to say that again no specific feedback at all.
This is very poor that if you can take time to research and attend an interview the least the company could do is provide some sort of feedback.
Hopefully not a reflection on the companies ethos and complete lack of common courtesy when dealing with potential employees.
