First i applied through my college/university.
they will give the list of names.
pre-placement talk will happen.
then the first round was give a 3min talk on your own topic.
after that a normal basic interview
and then offer letter

Interview
It is 3 step process screening, GD and HR round which are very simple and easy .In screening round they will test for voice and plagiarism,GD depends on the interviewer it's either you favorite topic or they will ask a question, 3rd round is Just explanation about job role.
The interview process is way too long. Had to wait for almost 3hrs for final feedback only to know that I did not pass the account. I gave my comment to the recruitment right away and she said that they are short in manpower thats why the process took so long.
