Alles ok. Das Vorstellungsgespräch ist normal vonstatten gegangen mit höflichem Unterton untermalt und professionellen Fragen. Es war ein kurzes Gespräch und trotzdem sehr informationsreich. Gehaltsfragen sind jedoch eher knapp beantwortet, was daraus schließen lässt, dass dieses Unternehmen eher intransparent mit einigen Interna umgeht.

I was contacted by telephone after applying online and had a quick chat with one of their recruiters. They didn't explain initially that it was a telephone interview, but just asked questions such as 'why do you want to work for us' 'what hours can you do throughout the week' 'are you fully flexible with days and times for shifts' etc. Then at the the end of the call invited me in for a face to face interview. At this interview I spent 20-30 mins one-on-one with a manager answering competency based questions and then 20 mins listening in on calls with another employee to get an idea of the type of work I may be doing. Whole interview process took around 1 hour and was offered the job later that day by phonecall.
