Interview
Easy initial interview with general screening questions about past work experiences and future goals and expectations. The interview lasted about 35 minutes. At the end of the call we scheduled another interview for the following Tuesday. As that date got closer I emailed the employer to confirm the time and date for second interview. I never got a response and was left in the dark as to why. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and not an environment I would want to work in.

Interview
Received an email about a week and a half after applying requesting I choose a time for a 30 minute phone call through Calendly link. Promptly chose a day and time, then sent a follow up email to confirm it (no response). On day of call, about 15 minutes AFTER our scheduled call was meant to start, I sent another email asking if they needed to reschedule. No reply and have heard nothing since.
