First just a typical screening call,
Second was behavioural where they asked me about my skill relevant to the role, didn’t ask anything technical, just asked about project.
Next step is a take home powerBI assignment
Then final interview was technical, first explaining my process of making the dashboard and what I did and why. Then I have 3 SQL Qs that I had to write in a word doc.

Question 1
SQL Qs I had:
1. For Company 4 transactions, list all customers and their total debit amounts.
2. Find monthly revenue per company region. Where Revenue is (Credit – Debit)
3. Detect duplicate document numbers across different companies.
Started with a 30 minute phone prescreen, then transitioned into multiple lengthy in person interviews approx. 1 hr each, with a final case study to be submitted via email. The position was undecided during the interview process.

Lots of situational questions, ER / human rights-based questions.

Interview
Got a phone call back asking if I would like to come in for an interview, I later went for the interview and the owner asked me about my education and experience working around vehicles. After the interview I got a bit of a tour around the shop and got to see how everything runs.
