Extensive interview/selection process but very much hands on and with good learning experience.
In order to reach the final interviews, candidates first had to:
- Write a 300 word think piece
- Complete a Personality Test
I passed, so I was invited to Four's Make Me Your Graduate Day. This is where I got to meet fellow candidates, interact, practice teamwork and show creative thinking skills.
It's also a requirement to take two tests on the day itself in writing and excel - which was challenging but also very fun to do!
I then sat for an interview with the heads/directors of Four.
Overall, it was a very fun learning experience and everyone I met and encountered was lovely.
