I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Four Pillars Marketing
Interview
The interview was very fast the first time going in. They asked brief questions to get to know who you are. The second interview was much more detailed. They went over the structure of the company and how they want you to move up in the company. At the end they quiz you on how much information you retained during the interview. I was very caught off guard and the interview process seemed more like a test than an interview. The people were very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they did. I felt misinformed of what the job qualifications were and they seemed to avoid the word "sales." This is strictly a door to door sales job if that is not what you are looking for, don't bother.
Hi, we greatly appreciate your feedback and taking the time to write a review. We are a little taken aback to say that we are interviewing strictly for sales positions, which is not the case. As a marketing firm we do have sales positions for some of our clients and some of them are residential but that is not the full scope of what we do or what we are hiring for. If you have any questions we highly encourage you to contact us if there was any confusion! Thanks again!

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Four Pillars Marketing (Columbus, OH) in Sept 2017
Interview
First interview was fairly brief- just a chance to get to know the candidate and make sure we were a good fit before moving forward. Second interview was longer, but one of the more relaxed interviews I've been to. Throughout the process, everyone was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable even though it was an interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Four Pillars Marketing (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very relaxed. We had three interviews. One with the manager and then one with an marketing assistant. We went down the road and get some coffee and went more into detail about the job position. I wish they where more upfront about the position being a door to door sales position leading up to management. Overall it was more laid back as we where not kept right in an office space and got to know each other more. Last interview was with the manager and they got back to me very quickly the same day.
