FourCubed interview questions

One phone screening + 3 rounds of interview on site Phone screening was decent. Very relavent. Onsite interview was not good for two rounds. They asked me to write code and dint even bother to see. The hr round was before hiring manager round. Last round hiring manager was pretty good. No response after the interview. Even after I sent a follow up email. After which I verified with the known people at fourcubes about the no response thing, they said there is a lot of micromanagement at work, forget about getting a response.
