The first step was phone interview with Director and VP on Oct. 2. Both were very informative and professional while being personable. Upon completion of interview, Director requested I send over projects I've worked on within the UX field. Emailed portfolio and they requested an in person interview.
The second step, an in person interview, was with the Director and COO Oct. 5. Very impressed with France Lab's portfolio and something I would love to be a part of. COO asked for salary range, I wanted to give an accurate range based on further insight from interview and asking those within similar roles and field.
I submitted ideal salary range following interview on Oct. 5 via email to COO. As of now, haven't received response or further steps. Look forward to hearing update and /or opportunity for negotiating salary.
