Interview was quite easy and comfortable questions were asked, related to previous experience. The recruiter was friendly and they even asked some questions that made me comfortable before the interview started. I was asked to fill out a form where there were several situations mentioned related to customer service and i had to answer them. And i got the result of my interview within 2 days and after a week i got hired .
