Face to face interview with the Training Development Manager and the HR manager. They asked me a lot about how I plan my delivery sessions and how I assess leaners to ensure that they are progressing.

Telephone Screening- answering shorter questions over the phone.
Face to face Interview- this included a set of questions, micro-teach and a marked work exercise.
Invited for induction after this to shadow experienced staff members.
