It was very easy. spoke to 7 people and they asked me a bunch of questions and then told me that I would be working late hours and weekends. They were friendly but very unorganized.
The interview process is straightforward: expect a brief phone chat, followed by a virtual face to face meeting lasting 15-30 minutes. During this time, they'll assess your qualifications and discuss your experience with you.

They asked the normal questions, no curve balls. Emphasizing customer service experience is a must. There were 3 people on the panel and it was a zoom interview, overall very nice people…
