After the application I was contacted by HR dept. and asked to download Zoom to attend a first round of interviews. The first interview was with the HR (30 minutes during which they just try to understand motivation and expectations) and the second with the senior counsel that asked about my experience and gave me a lot of details about the role (both very professional and pleasant). I was supposed to have a final round meeting key people for the role in Barça (they came from HQ) but I declined just because in the meantime I received another offer. The process is pretty fast and HR is responsive and helpful.
