Recruiter found me on LinkedIN. First round was a screen with him, Scott. Second round was with the International Operations Manager. Third round I was invited to the Hamburg office. This included a case presentation that took at least 20 hours to prepare. The CMO and the International Operations Manager attended the presentation. During the presentation the CMO seemed to be more interested in watching his phone then to listen to my presentation. Very unprofessional when you invite somebody onsite to do a presentation and the CMO behaves in such a socially awkward way. Lost all my interest after that. Besides it was extremely hot that day and the air conditioner didn't work and I only got one small cup of water. I sent a thank you to the recruiter through Whatsapp immediately after the presentation. Didn't get any response from him. 2 weeks later he sent me a message with a "Sorry for the delay, do you have time for a call today?". I responded yes and he ignored my message although I saw him online several times. 3 days later he sent me another message: "Sorry have been busy. Do you have time for a call today?". I didn't have time then but contacted him the following week by sending him a few messages, all of which he ignored. I called him which he didn't pick up as well. I then sent him a message stating: "Will you get back to me or should i contact the CMO to get the result?". He then replied to me immediately and apologized for not responding to me because "he was on a workshop and the Wifi was bad". Worst excuse ever! Anyway save your time. People working here are not very professional and salaries are not much to get excited about.
