I applied online. Phone interview was scheduled a couple weeks later. Onsite interview soon after.
Takes a while to get hired because they have a thorough 3rd party background check process. HR was very helpful and don't be afraid to call in!

Started out with recording a 5 question response video online after applying 3 weeks earlier, then about 1-2 weeks later online interview with 4 senior engineers occurs. After about 1-2 weeks an on-site interview was scheduled that lasted about 5 hours. The expected response time for rejection or acceptance was two weeks at most. I received an offer in about three business days

Behavioral questions answered in STAR format. Very few technical questions, mostly to gauge how you fit in with the company culture. Safety is significant factor as well. Two rounds, initial video interview and a site visit. Offer was within a week of site visit.

Preliminary interview was automated over computer recordings there were six questions. You record your responses and they give you about thirty seconds to prepare after the question is asked and then about two minute long responses.
