All virtual during COVID lockdown. Made it to round 3 all video meetings. Met with VP of Eng first round and then coding interviews to follow. Had a brain meltdown in round 3 on a pretty basic question and got thrown off course.

Interview
Covid proceedure was five video interviews. 3 technical and 2 busienss/culture. fit. Interviews were conducted by VP of Eng, and senior and mid-level engineer. Busienss interviews were with co-founder and the CEO.

Some of the technical questions are really really challenging and you don't need to have a complete soultion to every question to pass (I didn't). Just explain your thought process and give it a try.
